How to assign them correctly?

I ruoli di una pagina Facebook: come assegnarli in modo corretto?

The roles of a Facebook page: how to assign them correctly?

A Facebook page can be managed simultaneously by several people, each with a specific role: There are those who supervise all activities, those who process the publication of the content, part of the data analysis, some of the paid advertisements, etc.

We will now discover what the different roles are and what functions they have. In the meantime, I explain how to assign a person a specific role in managing your fan page.

How to add roles to your Facebook page

The procedure is very simple. Once you landed on your fans page, click on Parametersso on Page (you can find it in the left column). Now, a screen will open with all the people you have ordered to carry out an activity and it is from here that you can add others: you will have to type the name of the person if it is part of your Facebook friends or, otherwise you will have to enter your email address in the appropriate field. Then choose the role you wish to assign it, send the request and save the modification.

The responsible person will receive a notification or an e-mail with whom he will be aware of the assignment of the role on your fan page and can start managing it as regards their competence.

How to choose the roles to allocate to people

There are no maximum number of people who can manage your fans page, but before choosing the role to be assigned to who you should insure yourself:

  • that the person in question is a professional and / or confidence;
  • that the role you attribute to this specific person meet exactly the objectives that you want to reach;
  • that the person has the Necessary skills to be able to realize it.

The 5 roles of a fan page

I am 5 The different roles That a person can hold in the management of a page of fans and, for each of them, the possibility of carrying out certain activities is provided or excluded.

# 3. Moderator

It is the person who dialogues and entertains relations with the fans of the page: he can moderate comments and respond to private messages, but cannot create and publish the articles or modify the fan page or modify the parameters.

# 4. Advertiser

The advertiser is responsible for the creation, promotion and management of paid advertisements on your page. It can only create sponsorships and display insights data.
