To season everything, Linkedin seems to be about to even put a second tool called «automated comments from the interviews».

This new function has been designed to provide candidates who will try the new «Video CV» a series of direct comments in relation to their performance.

For example, if we go too far in our presentation – or if we use redundant terms and fight to reach the point, the new tool will bring it to the candidate thanks to an incorporated artificial intelligence which will examine his words by wire and by sign.

It is therefore legitimate to think that this new tool can also act as a training tool for candidates who are less used to speaking in front of the camera.

This seems to be a cunning decision of LinkedIn, in a situation where most of the interviews are already carried out remotely, why not build a system capable of improving this mechanism and at the same time facilitate the work of candidates and head hunters?
